An integrated Design & Construct approach

Located in Chatswood, Lithoflow Residence was delivered by HRK+ through an integrated Design & Construct approach, bringing architecture and construction together from the early design stages through to completion.

Set across two levels, the five-bedroom residence balances generous family living with a strong sense of openness and connection. A central void draws natural light deep into the home, while a sculptural staircase forms a defining architectural element within the interior. Natural stone, warm timber and carefully considered detailing create a refined material palette while maintaining the warmth and functionality of a family home.

From design vision to completed home

The completed residence reflects close collaboration between HRK+’s architecture, development and construction teams. Design decisions were carried through into the build, with particular attention given to material transitions, proportions, finishes and the execution of architectural details on site.

Winning the Design & Construct – House ($2–3 Million) category is particularly meaningful to HRK+, recognising both the architectural thinking behind the project and the quality of its construction and delivery.

We thank our clients, consultants, trades and the entire HRK+ team who contributed to bringing Lithoflow Residence from design vision to completed home.
